Witney Gazette - Witney MP Robert Courts volunteers with Guideposts Trust

Witney MP Robert Courts swapped Parliament for the great outdoors as part of his annual volunteering week.

Mr Courts visited a forest school at Hilltop Garden Store in Ramsden, near Witney, which is used by young people with additional needs at charity Guideposts Trust.

Robert volunteers with Sunshine Cat Rescue

Robert spent an afternoon volunteering with Sunshine Cat Rescue as part of his 2018 Volunteering week.  He helped the team with their daily tasks, making sure the cats are well cared for!

Robert starts his Volunteering Week at Hailey Community Woodlands

Corridor route chosen for Oxford-Cambridge Expressway

Today, Roads Minister Jesse Norman announced the chosen central corridor for the Oxford to Cambridge Expressway.  This will link together fast-growing technology hotspots, building on plans already in motion, such as East/West Rail.
