NHS

Living in Bladon with my young family, I know just how important the NHS and our local NHS services are. That is because my family and I use the local NHS, are registered with a local GP and, just a few short months ago, my wife gave birth to our second child at a local NHS hospital.

The NHS is one of our country's greatest institutions. Our doctors, nurses and other health professionals do a great job and supporting our NHS is one of my top priorities.

This survey is to gather the views of all local people. I will, where appropriate, share the results with local health professionals although all personal information will remain anonymous. The aim of this survey is to support them in their work.

So please do take a few short moments to complete my NHS survey below and share your views on our local and national health services!
