I had a fascinating visit to the Chippy Theatre, as they lead up to their busiest time of year. Manager Jo Ludford talked  to me about their busy pantomime season.  "Robinson Crusoe" takes to the stage from 15th November to 8th January and promises to be a lot of fun.

It was great to meet the team at Sunshine Cat Rescue, at the Town Hall in Chipping Norton. The strapline on their website says "24 hours a day 7 days a week".  What wonderful work they do for our feline friends. 

I took a ride on the brilliant Our Bus Bartons volunteer local service earlier; it was great to hear how well the service is going!

Today, I met with representatives from the Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group to discuss the proposed closure of Deer Park Medical Centre.

Robert supported local people at a splendid firework event in Witney RFC tonight. Great community spirit.

Well done to all of those who set up the fireworks display tonight at Hanborough Playing Field Association. There was a great turnout in aid of local charities.

Great news that Chipping Nortoin is shortlisted in the @TheGbHighSt awards. I have been urging people to vote to support the town and its businesses!    

I told the House this week and asked the Prime Minister about small business support in market towns.

Robert Courts was in Witney today talking to local residents about his and their concerns, particularly the possible closure of the Deer Park Medical Centre. Signatures were collected for a petition.
