"I greatly enjoyed my recent visit to the Renault Sport Formula One Team at their Oxfordshire headquarters just outside Enstone. We discussed the ways in which Renault continues to support the local economy, and its work to engage with local communities.

Robert met with Owen Mumford in Chipping Norton, which manufacture an innovative range of medical devices and disposables for drug delivery and capillary blood sampling in a variety of therapeutic areas such as diabetes.
Robert said, "Good chat with the Kingham Parish Council recently - good to have a discussion about West Oxfordshire's need for housing, but that this needs to not be at the cost of our local communities."
Robert said, "I was pleased to join Barclays at their drop in event at their Witney branch recently to learn more about their campaign to help people learn to be safe online.
Robert joined local residents to celebrate the opening of the ICE Centre in Witney. This excellent local service has helped so many in Carterton and is sure to become a real hub of the community in Witney.

Robert met with local company, Ebico, the UK's first not-for-profit gas and electricity provider. They discussed energy tariffs and how different models could help to fight fuel poverty, and Robert greatly enjoyed the discussion.
Robert met with Christians Against Poverty, a debt counselling charity. Run through local churches, CAP helps families stuck in a cycle of debt and poverty.
Robert said, "Thank you to CAP for meeting with me, and I was really interested to learn about the great work of this charity."
